Recently, the Ministry of Commerce and nine other departments jointly issued opinions on expanding cross-border e-commerce exports and promoting overseas warehouse construction, clearly supporting cross-border e-commerce enterprises to "borrow and expand overseas". This policy encourages enterprises such as cross-border e-commerce platforms, exports, payments, logistics, and overseas warehouses to actively participate in key exhibitions such as the China Import and Export Commodities Fair (Canton Fair) and the Global Digital Trade Expo to show the unique charm of Chinese products and seek more overseas cooperation opportunities.
According to the opinion, the government will improve the level of local cross-border e-commerce exhibitions in accordance with the principle of marketization, and hold overseas special promotion and docking activities for key products and markets. In addition, places with conditions will also organize enterprises to participate in exhibitions overseas, providing more display and docking platforms for cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The introduction of this policy will undoubtedly open up broader overseas markets for Chinese cross-border e-commerce enterprises and help them achieve faster development.
